Should have seen coming your friends won’t listen to you before marriage.. and now you can’t blame them for not backing you up. Don’t really have to switch friends though.. unless it’s easy for you to make friends. Although if wives/gf s have ‘control’ over your friends; your friends will already start creating distance with you. If they still are not creating distance then you gonna have to compromise and not give up on your buddies. Like I said unless it’s easy for you to make friends.

sinking to emotional levels is female shit on the flipside im kind of out of that world now so its rich for me to say would be interesting to know what the argument was about but probably not relevant also some context about your life (age, location culture etc) this kind of thing is good to practise control of anger stage and amused mastery if you want to make someones opinions seem dumb without making look like your having a go. having said that its really easy to come across as a smug condesending prick when youre doing that especially in front of an emotional woman and trust me if you feel that way inside you will do.

Is it time to find new friends, the easiest answer is probably yes or at least accept a smaller friendship group. Why talk them out of marriage tell them its dumb for sure but at the end of the day look at the plus theyre not going to be competing with you for women now (probably) and eventually theres a good chance theyll want to hang out more without their other halfs. If youd been charming and played your cards right you might have got yourself set up by their wives once or twice - oh if only we could have found him a nice woman, hes so nice - (which you could have swung a shag and gracefully bowed out)

maybe these guys are not for you anymore and thats fine but the fact remains you bowed out guns blazing and got hit by your own ricochet, a dumb way to leave and not RP at all

If you've read the Pook's posts in SS he mentioned that when someone says something stupid in a situation like that, and you are asked or expected to give an opinion the thing you do is laugh. When they ask you why you are laughing you go on and on until you have to excuse yourself from the situation for being too funny.

The principle can be applied to other situations.

Here is an example. I was in my friend group and a girl passed and greeted us. I genuinely had no idea who the girl was, so I asked "who tf is that". They told me that this is Kate (a girl I already knew). Apparently she didn't put her make up on so she was genuinely unrecognisable to me. So I said "oh, without makeup". One of the girls in my group tried to convince me by saying "but she doesn't wear much make up normally, what do you mean". I said "cool, still didn't recognize her". Dead silence after that, no one could say nothing. Not that it mattered in the first place.

In such situations when someone is saying dumb shit you can bring it down to the instinctual level by such an example. That doesn't mean quoting red pill texts or what someone in a study said. Avoid saying anything if you aren't asked for an opinion or if anyone isn't trying to put words in your mouth. If you make the situation so apparently dumb that for example you can't stop laughing, or when someone is saying that you should have recognised someone whom you didn't because "she looks natural with make up on", is imo how you don't look like a dumb ass. Do this, I repeat, when you are challenged only, no need to be a smartass when you can't genuinely bring anything to a conversation.

Read Tomassi's new book, he mentions the friend situation there. Also shut your dumb ass up in these situations by revealing red pill info, you are perceived as a gamma male, thus women want to break your jaw.
