How do I stop focusing on girls?

Anywhere I go, a girl always catches my eye. It’s like a disease. Can’t stop myself trying to catch glances. Why is this? What can I do to stop?

Why do you want to stop? Does it distract you from a greater purpose or self improvement or do you just not want to a straight man?

Sorry, should’ve clarified. I feel it distracts me from fulfilment and yes a higher purpose.

You could move to a monastery.

OR

You can internalize that every masculine trait requires some form of mental tenacity that comes from the self and must be built up.

*Accept that it's normal to desire women and strike some comprise where you notice, seduce and bed women you want to while accepting that they're a part of life not the focus.

*This is in real life. Not talking about jerking to porn. If you're addicted to sex then substitute it with gym, meditation(or church), a hobby and/or outdoor activities with other men.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
