Being going hard in the gym lately, and I found that after a heavy squat session, I feel what can be described as normal.

Now I know squatting especially can lead to a testosterone rise, however is there a way I can get this masculine dominant feeling into everything I do.

I love that feeling post squat of knowing “I’m the man” and I genuinely feel that this “feeling” is missing at times during my daily life. How can I get this feeling more so?
