The fact that you are using an environment where basically all these people have to go on (being a dating site) is your looks and what you have messaged them. you already fucked up on the message, so of course the looks is going to be the only thing that can redeem that.

But let's be honest none of this is at all relevant to real life personal experiences, and nor should it. Personality, humour, style etc. etc. can definitely carry you over looks, and it definitely does.

This is sort of patriarchal whining, because women aren't allowed to be picky about looks? This 'experiment' reminds me of the Crazy/Hot graph from HIMYM.

This Thread definitely requires good discussion, because it taps into the primal conflict every man has when trying to get good with women.

Do looks matter? Clearly

There are some really ugly pickup artists out there (no offense) and I am seeing them bang really hot women all the time, spending no money, sometimes even being paid for.

How is this possible? The only thing that matters for a woman is how you make her feel. A hot stud like that male model, will immediately make that woman's loins moist, thus being direct like that will yield good results (depending on the validity of the experiment, I.E send it to 1000 women 4 are bound to respond positively, but 4/4 shows much better correlation.)

However, If you are ugly, and can pique the interest of a woman long enough to talk to her, then be funny enough to not want your interaction to end, while being sexual enough to put graphic sexual images into her head of you two raw dogging it on your grandmas bed. Then her loins too will get wet.

That is why we are here. And thank you for your input.

And just to be accurate, Looks are the 2nd most important immediate indicator of attraction. The primary indicator is your immune system. cause an alpha male can beat the shit out of a beta but disease will fuck everybody up 8 times harder. (And I believe humans judge this by kissing, so go forth and kiss my brethren!!!)

edit: And all those trying to get good looking cause it helps, most of physical attractiveness can be improved just like your game!

Having a shoulder to waist ratio of 1.62 to 1 having an upper arm that is a wide as your shoulder (emphasis on bicep) having a chest that forms a line with your shoulder (emphasis on incline press), having well defined abs (emphasis on 6-12 percent body fat) and having calves equal with to your neck. The rest of the 1/3 of attractiveness is symmetry which you cant really change (so fuck it, so what?) and preference, which can be influenced by style, but sometimes its as simple as not being a certain race (so fuck it, so what?).

A few universal pointers on style: grow some stubble if you can, and wear red if there is any way to pull it off. If you are bald, you can probably grow stubble, shave your head and grow stubble. Wear fitted clothing.

This would be the first time I've downvoted anything on Seddit. It's just false, even if the sample size/way the experiment was set up wasn't faulty. Looks aren't everything, and they sure as hell mean less to a woman, than to a man, imo at least. I'm not going to spend time trying to convince you, it'll just be your word versus mine. I will say, the only way to find out for certain is to go out there and try, and by learning seduction, I promise you it'll turn out that looks really don't matter.
