Be confident , stop thinking about it so much , go w your instincts
Dance with her. Start touching her slightly and watch her reactions if she would enjoy a little more intimacy. Enjoy the process, slowly and gradually make your progress to potentially make out passionately at the end.

Dance. Back.
Learn to move to any music ranging from rap to oldies blues/jazz to classic rock and r&b- etc.
I mostly dance to music I'm familiar with because it gives me a rhythmic advantage and I'm almost always the one that initiates this move. I cannot tell you how many times this has gotten me laid.
Women become enamored by the confidence. It's okay if you're not that good of a dancer. There's been times I just held the girl to a slow song with very slow hip movement. No dancing skills required. You can learn to read everything a girl is thinking once you do this enough times and even get a glimpse of how she'll be in bed. I wish you luck on your endeavor.
