Today I went out with a couple of friends, they were 20 and i'm 16. I told one of them to point out whichever girl and i would go up to her and talk to her, I talked to every single one without fault. The problem is, had he not been there telling me to go up to her, i probably would not have done it. Is there any way for me to be my own motivator and tell myself "That chick over there, go talk to her". How could i practice being my own motivator? Thanks.
