have done this with multiple successes. Escalating and isolating to bring them home is the same, but there are a few points i'd make:

make a profile together, using her account (so it's a female acct)
first picture - her
next two pictures, in order: together, you
more pictures optional, keep them fun/sexy
brief description that playfully says what you guys are looking for
when messaging, either let your girl do the talking or talk like a girl would (which is hard tbh, but doable)
make sure to use "we" during conversations sometimes, especially when you start to refer to meeting up, so she knows she's meeting up with both of you
try to meet up the same day or within a day. Girls traveling will often be the ones down for this kind of thing
hang out, be touchy (both you and your girl), but don't escalate too much in public (i personally avoided kissing until we had them home)
once isolated (at home), escalate with her and your girl at the a similar rate. you can lead with your girl if you like, or her, or even let her lead.
don't overdrink, and don't let them overdrink. Really, i'd say just avoid any drinking past a casual single drink. DO NOT DO MULTIPLE SHOTS. this fucks everything up every time if someone's too tired to do anything

It never felt weird or awkward to me, not even the first time - it's surprisingly comfortable and normal. It was honestly pretty damn surprising how chill it all was at the time, every time.

It's very simple. My GF and I have gotten a few threesomes out of tinder after I wasted a good bit of time on ineffective shit.

Get your plate / girl / GF to make a profile and put it on women and have a sexy couple photo. Maybe you two at a beach if you've got the bodies for it. Swipe the girls, you'll be getting matches and responses up the ass if your girl is hot. I was honestly amazed by how much f/f was happening on tinder, it was insane, like 50% of the swipes would be yes, and the girls would be flirty and up-front from the get-go.

Now, admittedly about 50% of those were also couples, but the remaining girls were almost all bi. Message 20 or so of the hotter ones on a Friday or Saturday and push for a same night meetup. Same night or nothing, DO NOT let these chicks start their gay flirting shit where they become friends. Keep your girl on task, school her on some game and manage the process.

Push for drinks at the place near your house. Line up 3-4 of these tinderettes and try to get them to show up at the same place, but staggered by 1 hr or so. This way, you're already out at the bar, and ideally you'll be being social and fun with your girl and others nearby when the tinder chick appears. DO NOT pick somewhere that's ideal for sitting at talking forever. Pick a place that everyone will want to bounce from in an hr after some kino on the dancefloor.

Don't make either chick feel left out, get your women dancing together and putting on a show, playing mock-bisexual, etc. Typically this is where your GF has to take a little initiative. GET THEM OUT OF THE CLUB / BAR. I cannot tell you how many times the girl has a little flirty "ooo I kissed a girl!" moment in the club and after she feels sufficiently scandalous, she peaces out. Just as PU teaches do not make out in the club all day, do not let the tinder chick get what she came for (a fun night and some minor scandalous fun) until she's back at your place.

I live in SF and I can pretty much instantly tell when these chicks smoke weed, so I will often just invite them back to light up with us (and most of the time, we don't even wind up smoking.) Have your girl give her a massage, then you step in, and if you cannot escalate from their, you're fucked.

Basically, the idea is, with the social app aspects, you have your girl lead the way because a hot girl still has higher value than a hot guy on tinder, and girls are WAAAAY more prone to meeting up with another girl because it feels "safe" and not as slutty. With the in person stuff, you lead, as it's very important to lead the interaction towards the end game and be seen in that role by both your GF and the other girl.
