have a great fucking weekend, then hit her up in a week or two and tell her about how great a time you had and ask her how she's been. if she won't meet up after a little more buttering, give her your number and tell her you're deleting tinder and unmatch her 24 hours later.

also, you should have so many tinder matches that it doesn't matter. set your age range and distance to as restrictive as it can get while still having matches, and then only swipe right. when you run out of people, expand the range of distance or age, and continue. you will get matches around 9pm and midnight, both times in the night where girls apparently experience lack of validation.

unmatch the fatties and trannies, then kamikaze game bitches until you stop caring so much. learn what openers work. unmatch girls who are unresponsive because you don't have time for boring bitches. and so on.

Most likely she is not interested, and is looking for attention/validation from you. Soft next her. Go radio silence, and don't reply to anything short of her wanting to set up a time to meet. Let her hamster spin for a week if necessary. After a week if you have no response or when she texts asking about meeting, suggest a time and place to meet.

if she's hot she has a ton of options and if she met up with every single guy she'd never have free time.

either she's jerking you around for attention or trying to see who she should meet up with out of a group of guys she's talking to/texting.

Probably the first. Hint: I've never met up with a girl who said it was "too early" and they weren't comfortable or whatever bullshit they gave.
