considering where I am today and what I've learned, I would go back and thank the guy who fucked my fiancé and got me out of that blue pill mentality. Until that happened, I was an enabler, just like the others. That experience was the only way I was able to snap out of it and it saved me from a horrible life decision.

To add to this, the experienced sucked, but I'm not angry, and have no vindictiveness towards the guy because it was my fault for how I acted in the relationship. The issue is that some people were offended by the idea of GLO advocating for sleeping with married women. Just as bro-knighting and “morality warriors” can destroy thoughtful discussion of sexual strategy, so can all the chest-beating and declarations of “TRP is what I say it is, if you don't agree fuck off you beta cunt!” There are contributors here that have blogs. There are a few of them that market themselves fairly heavily.

There has to be some kind of moderation obviously...this subreddit is a valuable collection of ideas, truths, and anecdotes, and we certainly don't want it to get drowned in shit posts or utterly useless flame wars.

With that said, I also don't want to see TRP turn into a podium for those who may value their own self-interests and marketability over the free exchange of information that goes on here. The flagrant and often-times hostile narcissism in some of the posts here lately detract from the conversation just as much as the “moralfags”. I visit TRP for the discussion...not to bow my head and give thanks to the wise and almighty words of so-and-so TRP contributor.

It'd be nice if the quality control went both ways is all I'm saying. Sometimes a garbage post is a garbage post, and that statement isn't even in reference to the GLO thread in question. Not all of the back-and-forth and dissenting in these threads is “bro-knighting”.
