You may have read this title and immediately felt feelings of resistance, indignance, and even 'what the fuck is this pussy talking about'

I'm talking about something that I've seen happen to many who either begin following the RP lifestyle or get into that lifestyle for other reasons.

You can easily fall into using 'self-improvement' as a crutch, or replacement for your previous lazy habits.

When I began my RP journey, I felt absolutely exhilarated at the feeling of doing new things, lifting every day, and putting healthy habits into play. Many of my friends, and acquaintances on this sub, have felt this.

This is fine and all, until you make these new habits, into your only ones again. When you give into what is comfortable, and settle for where you are.

Ironically, some of my favorite RP style books bring this notion up, but it's easy to gloss over it as you feel that it doesn't apply to you, because you're already the best! Guys end up using this feeling of elitism to jerk themselves off and stop improving because they have found a new comfort zone. What they forget, is that RP is about never being content and always improving

You could have an eight-inch dick, washboard abs, and a cool hobby or two, but if that is all you do and aren't making steps to better your life anymore, all you really did is you gave yourself new excuses.

Everyone probably knows a guy who "fucked that BANGING 10/10 girl yo" a few months ago, and now just goes through the motions at the gym, feeding his ego to reassure himself he's definitely a true alpha. At this point, you're back to square 1 of being a bluepill kiddo who tells himself he's perfect just the way he is, and that girls are obligated to fuck him because he's putting in more work than everyone.

ALWAYS be pushing your comfort zone, gaining new experiences, and creating your own experiences to teach newbies on here. If you were to read men's Tinder bios, you would be surprised to see how many of them are 'always in the gym' or have some cool hobby they claim. This has become normal, and these guys are just in a comfort zone that they think is perfectly fine, just because they put a year or two of work in.

I can't guarantee you won't get hit by a car tomorrow or suffer a brain aneurysm, but it's a safe bet that everyone reading this will still be alive for decades and decades to come, are you going to be content with where you are forever? Isn't that why you came here in the first place?

If you lift regularly, aim for competing one day

If you play a sport, try to win a local league instead of pickup games.

If you have some unique hobby, become the president of your local club, or start one for it.

If you have a plate or two, push for hotter or even more plates in the rotation.

If you run a business, try to get it to be the BEST around, and when it is, the BEST in the country.

You are still human, no matter how much RP truth you read or how much you rationalize your behaviours.

Always improve, always take things to the next level, and get out of your comfort zone
