Just use tinder for quick fucks when you can't/don't feel like going to your usuals or hitting the club/bar. Expect the worst. Know that she's going to be at least a point or three below her pictures. Take it for what it is.

Edit: if you're really worried you can type her name into Facebook and use the "city" and "work" filter. You'll be able to find ~75% of them. Or ask for their Snapchat. "For all I know you're really a 500 pound Nigerian dude. What's your snap?"

Just a counterpoint but I sometimes find women are shit at photographing themselves. I met up with someone that looked HB6, their photos were not great, when I got there though, HB8 at least. I've had this a couple of times.

So the pictures people use on tinder are their max. No one uses bad pictures on tinder. That's they best they can look. Assume they are more ugly than their pictures.

One word: Make Up. Then there’s filters, facetune, camera angles, lighting, the whole shebang of effective camouflage that will make a 4 look like am 7—but never a 9 or 10.

So aim for girls that look like 10’s on tinder (as you should be in real life anyway) and at least u’d be prepared when they’re 5’s or 6’s. Then depending on yourself, smash and dash.

Women who use tons of makeup never look the same when you see them naturally without any...i think after seeing a mask for so long that when you see the real deal your eyes can't adjust quick enough to all the imperfections that were hidden previously.

I've been on 20+ tinder dates and have never been extremely surprised. 2 or 3 times the girl was chubbier than I expected, but that just happens. I've never been catfished or went on date where her pics were very misleading compared to real life.

Yeah.. went to a date to movies, I showed up, was 10 minutes late, so she bought the tickets already. In real life she was so fucking skinny, no ass or tits. When I arrived I was like.. damn is that her? Still went on the date because she paid for the tickets but I told her straight after the date that it was not gonna work out and she understood, sweet girl. I deleted Tinder one week ago, not for that reason but online dating is just a waste of time nowadays.

Had a date on tinder once who was an easy 8 outta 10 in the pics. Couldn't believe it. Thicc booty and pretty face, narrow waist, curly dark hair and blue eyes.

Picked her up the next day. The suspension in my car was damaged on her side after she got in.

She wasn't a land whale but she an easy 30 or 40 pounds gained since the pics, still had a pretty face. She was cool too but I couldn't get over the fact that she basically catfished me. Texted my buddy to ring and say he needs me for something urgently, only because she was actually pretty funny and had a personality, I didn't wana just tell her to gtfo.

Blocked her on all media platforms tho.

Meh. Women have been masking/inflating their real value in the name of catching dick for eons. Makeup, jewelry, hair-styling, expensive clothing, high heels,This is just the newest version of that.

The really tough pill to swallow is the fact that a man's time has zero value to a woman. She simply doesn't give a fuck that you spent 2 hours texting her and another hour arranging for and traveling to a meet-up, only to find out the hard way that she's a disgusting ham-planet. It isn't her time, so it's not important to her. In her mind, even the chance that you would get to meet her and enjoy the pleasure of her company should be more than enough reward for you.
