Most posters are people who are still new to TRP. Once people develop a strong enough understanding to think for themselves, they stop posting. So we’re constantly left with the shitters.

I’m probably going to stop posting here too to be honest. When I ask for advice I can get one or two good pieces of advice from more seasoned TRPers but the rest of it is just inbox spam of regurgitated crap like “AWALT” “oneitis” “focus on your mission” “lift” “read the sidebar”

Somewhere along the line, people decided that they weren't just looking for advice on how to get laid, but were instead looking for a comprehensive philosophy by which to live their lives and a community to belong to.

It has to do with shifting demographics. 7 years ago, the TRP subreddit was started by guys in their late 20s-early 30s who were average, normal, frustrated dudes. They'd had a few girlfriends and a little sex growing up, but things never fully went their way, things kept getting harder, and in modern times circa 2012, they weren't having any luck at all. It turns out that around 1997, the internet started being a presence in every household, then around 2000, the game started to change - the Sex and the City years. Sex and the City aired from 1998-2004 and was a sign of how times were changing with regard to women and casual sex.

TRP was started around 2012 by these older guys who had been out of school and working for awhile and were suddenly having a terrible time trying to date because the game had changed and left them behind, and they needed to figure out how the game had changed and what to do differently to stay in it.

Today, TRP is mostly younger to mid 20s guys who were born and grew up in the internet and casual sex age. These aren't guys who are average but need to figure out what changed and how the new game works. They know exactly how things work today but have been deliberately passed over for casual sex due to far more significant appearance and social problems than what The Red Pill was designed for 7 years ago. So now they're hanging around looking for a sense of belonging and a community while they bitch about women.

Most of the new posters here are struggling with confidence issues (insecurities) and lack of discipline. After lifelong beta conditioning they also read TRP like a bible and misinterpret alpha traits to be cold heartedness and completely disregard basic human logic. These things alone will create ridiculous questions.

Yeah, I get frustrated too at some of these questions. But then you have to look at the source too. You have males brought up by single mothers who in the best of circumstances, have never had male contact beyond the occasional meeting with a blue pilled grandfather or uncle. They crave the lessons they can have here. That's what this sub is for.

I have noticed a few “unspoken” rules when it comes to the bathroom:

Stall apart. In other words, stick to the odd-numbered stall. Let’s say you have 5 urinals in one bathroom. If we are counting from the left, don’t be the asshole who takes the 2nd stall when you see a dude on the 5th. At this point, if I’m next, I have to stand next to one of you guys to piss. Fucking weird! (I’ll try to diagram this so my explination makes more sense.)
No talking. We are men. We have business to do. This is the reason bitch’s bathrooms have such big lines. They talk too fucking much.
Overt your Eyes. Look up, look down, look straight. Unless you’re gay, don’t get curious about another dude’s junk. Which brings me back to #1. STALL APART.
No shitting. Period. Unless Emergency. And in most cases, you know your “E” place, as I call it.
