We have all heard the importance of lifting. If you are new, search the sidebar or reddit-search redpill, lifting, and SMV. Lift. Lift. Lift. Now. Do. It. What is often left out is eating healthy. Your wife, LTR, and kids may never really get into physical fitness but all of them will likely mirror your eating habits. If you eat unhealthy, then you can expect your wife and kids to eat unhealthy too. Simple. As. That. If you fail to set the example, you will have to live with the results of your actions - fatties everywhere. All you need to do is set the example. In time, and assuming you have upped the alpha, they will follow your lead... without you even needing to tell them what to eat and why eating healthy is better for them.

Lastly, eating healthy demonstrates more confidence, intelligence, alpha, leadership, and self-esteem than you could ever know. Think about how many times you have gone to the restaurant with co-workers and that one person always eats the healthy option (is likely fit) while everyone else eats like shit. What do you naturally start to think? You probably compare your eating/body to his or hers and internally want to make a change but never act on it...

Edit: Dad Bods are lame. Women rave about them because they are setting the stage for ushering the Mom Bod (not the gym-goer mom bod) into the western lexicon. Just wait.
