Where to find a female roommate?

I'm looking for a roommate but so far only dudes in their 50s have
responded to my ad. One of them mentioned "cohabitation" and sent me
mirror selfies. Um, red flag anyone?

I _definitely_ don't want to share my home with a man. Can anyone
recommend a good roommate finding app? Any advice?
