Where'd I slip up? Ghosted despite great initial meeting

Met with this girl, we hit it off well. I found her IG and asked if
she was the girl I met with earlier. I said I regretted not getting
her number, and she said she was also going to give me her number but
was regretting that she didn't ever since.

I suggested we meetup sometime this week, she said to let her know
when and where.

I then texted "Do you know how to skateboard? I skateboard in LOCATION
most Tuesdays after 5. I know a good ice cream spot too 👀"

Been three days no response. We both hit it off really well before
hand so I'm really not sure where I slipped up. I assume I'll just
take this as a loss but it wasn't like we texted long or some shit.
