have their seat at the head of the table of their family.

Men are fleeing the workforce because that's what was incentivizing
them

Let's see how low the prime age male labor force participation rate
can go, and how many nonproductive men a society can support

Women can enjoy being mommy and daddy, breadwinner and homemaker. Hope
this is what you meant you wanted!
