Cold Approach -> Get Number -> Text shortly back and forth -> You ask
her to come along for coffee/party / drinks whatever

She says she's busy at the suggested time but does not offer any
alternatives, like going for drinks on another day.

Delete number and immediately next? Any response? Should one expand
any further effort here?
