[Mod] On Deltas, Points, and the new bot

As you've probably noticed we launched a new bot trpbot which will be
doing some new things around town, thought I'd let you all know about
it.

We wanted to be able to boost high quality content and give a certain
visual marker of reputation to members that provide high quality
contributions.

When a post is high quality or high value, a point can be awarded
(with at least a short paragraph about why it was high quality) by
including a mars symbol ♂ (type ♂ or type ALT + 11) anywhere
in your reply. The bot will detect this and award a point to the
author of the comment you're replying to.

Points can only be awarded by Endorsed contributors at the moment, but
as users gain points, if any user gets 5+ points, he can also award
deltas.

DETAILS:

 	* Endorsed contributors or members with 5+ points only.
 	* Can only award points to comments, not submissions (no root level
points).
 	* A record of your high quality comments will be put in the wiki at
http://www.reddit.com/r/theredpill/wiki/user/yournamehere
