I keep changing professions

I am 21 years old and have many possible careers to follow. But every
time I get deep into one of them, I crave some other. I am not lazy :
I am always pushing myself really hard on what I do. Have any of you
guys experienced this on early 20's? I feel like a coward everytime I
change my mind, but what is the other option? Live my life thinking
what if? ps.: my areas are (1-online poker 2-family businesses 3-MMA
4-psychology). All of them have pros and cons.
