Business Trip Happy Ending

Went on a business trip for a holiday dinner, ended up getting a happy
ending massage. Hamstering about it as me cheating on her, blah blah
blah. Gut is telling me to move on and learn from it as something that
doesn't align with my values..stfu and don't do it again..how have you
guys dealt with similar scenarios? Sex is not an issue in the
relationship, all other facets are solid.
