TT all over the place 6 upvotes | September 28, 2018 | by Giant-__-Otter ------------------------- My total testosterone was tested at the beginning of May at 209 ng/dL in late afternoon, quite below range. Endo wants another blood test in the morning in late May, which is results in a level of 274, just 12 above the lower range. He says no treatment is warranted, get tested in 3 to 6 months. I book the test for September. Cue a very difficult mental time for me. Compared to not getting TRT, discovering the affair is nothing. From getting the result in mid-June, till right now, I am in a horrible, pre-RP days stasis. I am being denied the treatment that I have needed for so long. Dark thoughts, no meditation, eating crap, watching porn, biting nails again. Lifting regimen is laughable at about 3 sessions a month. Lift numbers have just been maintained, so there's that, and I always hit my protein goal. I have gained 5kg, and I am tired. All. The. Time. There's a point to all this puke. Spare me the spanking, I know it's bad. I decide for my September test to not sleep at all the night before. Surely, with my lack of training, BF now about 18% (14% in May), my TT will be dangerously low and my butt can taste that sweet testosterone undecanoate the endo has told me about. Just got the results. Crap: 338 ng/dL. Never been tested that high. And I still feel tired and morning wood is 50%. Any one has a clue? For both my May and September tests, LH, FSH, SHBG and FAI are all in range. I am not keen on "sourcing" myself TRT, if you know what I mean, so I need a plan. Right now, it consists of getting my ass back in the gym and milk Stronglifts until I plateau on SQ and BP, then switch to 5/3/1. Either the beginners version, or go straight to BBB. I'd like input on that as well. ------------------------- Archived from https://theredarchive.com/post/203964
