Best push tactics?

Have had fuckbuddy for last 3 months. See each other 2/3 times a
month. She is low maintenance & told me recently she has become
attached to me

I have used usual tactics - negging, dark triad, teasing, put her in
my frame, etc, but two things I'm aware of:

Know the only way to really get a bitch under your spell is to use
combo of push& pull, and I have yet to really do anything explicitly
push

She's never had a bf, and she's mentioned a few guys she been with
before that basically just treated her like a hole to fuck but she
wanted commitment. So I know I'm never gonna really own this bitch's
soul unless I do the same to her

So wondering what are some tactics to push her away and give her
emotional rollercoaster?
