I can't respect women. Am I a misogynist? 59 upvotes | September 4, 2019 | by E46M54 ------------------------- It has been said that in terms of finding a mate, women sit on the sidelines waiting to pick the winner. The winner is the man that put in the work and sacrifice to improve himself, do well financially, self-actualize, and generally earn a position of respect within society. The end result is he becomes attractive to women. And as any man knows, this is generally hard work and not easily won. But the woman never really put in any work. Yes, she might have a career or work out and look pretty, but compared to what the man had to do to become worthy of her affection, there is no comparison. At the end of the day, she just chose the winner, and did little else to earn respect the way the man did. In this sense, I just find it very difficult to respect women, since it appears they generally coast through life on easy mode, and are incapable of appreciating a mans struggles and sacrifices. Since I can't respect women, am I a misogynist? ------------------------- Archived from https://theredarchive.com/post/251985
