Creating more opportunities to meet younger women?

Question for the 30+ crowd here: I hear from a lot of you that getting
younger (<25) women gets easier with age, if you keep yourself in
shape and are self-sufficient financially. For those of you who are
getting with younger women regularly, where and how are you generally
meeting them?

Personally as a 34M I haven't had much luck through apps (obviously
they are rigged against most dudes anyway), and nightlife is pretty
much dead again in my city due to lockdowns. So is the best option day
game? Are there other niches you've found to be good for meeting
younger women regularly?
