Better to hit the gym tired than not at all? 82 upvotes | February 3, 2020 | by iHeartCapitalism ------------------------- I have a very erratic sleeping schedule since I'm a self-employed programmer, meaning often I have to work on a project until 2, 6, or even 10 in the morning. I currently live in a little chicken village so the gym here closes early, meaning the only chance I have to go on certain days is at 10 in the morning, while pretty tired. I still get an Ok workout, and it feels better than not going at all though. Any thoughts?
