social media goes wild with emotional outbursts to all the 'misogyny'
and how Moritz isn't working 'hard enough' to attract a more diverse
workforce.

These people have no idea how opaque and competitive it is not only to
work in a top VC firm but to become partner, no less. Most of them are
successful startup founders, which explains why there are so few women
to choose from.

Regardless of your views on venture capital and whether they actually
provide values to their investors his next comments are pretty
accurate:
