User /u/Nutz76 has just joined the team, everybody give him a hearty
welcome.

As we're approaching 7k subscribers, we're intermittently experiencing
more trolls and more garbage to deal with.

I'm happy to report that the sub is maintaining the level of quality I
was aiming for, and by adding another mod we can continue this level
of quality right up into the 10k range.

Also PSA: Make sure you're getting enough fat in your diets. That is
all.
