Women who said "I love you" to your face and then did awful things to you behind your back? 40 upvotes | October 17, 2017 | by dontbedenied ------------------------- I recently got out of a relatively short-term relationship with a woman. We had known each other for a while then dated for about 5 months. It was short but very intense emotionally, and I ended it because I knew she was unstable and couldn't be trusted. Still, we never said "I love you to each other", and I (foolishly) always longed to hear her say those words. In retrospect I'm glad she didn't, mainly because I know I would have stayed with her even longer, because I'd feel guilty about breaking up with her after she said that (and after I said it back to her). Deep down I know that she'd be able to say those words to me and still stab me in the back. Anyone want to share a story about a woman who would say "I love you" and in the same day stab them in the back? EDIT: Something that is striking to me about all these responses is, if a woman were to post identical stories (or discuss them in public), they would get all the sympathy in the world. Not just lip service...genuine sympathy from men and women...simply because the story is coming from a woman. Or perhaps not "genuine sympathy" from ALL men, since many of them fake sympathy in hopes of getting in her pants, but it's attention nonetheless. When a man discloses these stories, the only way they can expect any sympathy is when posting on a sub like MGTOW. Even on TRP, which admittedly has been very helpful to me, you're going to get advice to man up and stop being such a bitch. If a man were disclose these stories in public, they would be laughed at and avoided like a leper. They become an outcast in their social network. Women, however, become the ultimate victim, and everyone rushes to their aid. ------------------------- Archived from https://theredarchive.com/post/546225
