Reminded of my mom

My brother was in the Army and was shipped overseas in 2002. While he
was in Iraq, my mom sold all of his earthly possessions. And he had
given her access to his bank account, of course she spent every dime
out of it. I think she presumed that he would never be coming home.

By this time (10th grade) I had witnessed all the crazy shit she did,
and moved in with my dad. Completely forgot she did this until a min
ago reading another young lad's story about his mom taking his
earnings. I haven't spoken to her in years.
