I think it's quite common for us to fall for one girl and obsess over her for many years. I too have this problem, yet the more learn more about female nature, the more foolish the concept of love seems.

The definition of Limerence (which is quite synonymous with Oneitis): "Limerence is a state of mind which results from a romantic attraction to another person and typically includes obsessive thoughts and fantasies and a desire to form or maintain a relationship with the object of love and have one's feelings reciprocated."

What advice would you have for a beta male (or whatever work you want to use) to get rid of their obsession for one girl and start living life?
