2	How to get over blue pill rage, bullying and deep regrets of wasted years? I'm not a therapist but I think you need a therapist or a men's group. You sound like your in a form of PTSD with the flashbacks. With that being said a men's group is something that would be a positive influence in your life. I'd also keep pressing forward with the journey you are on. Time heals and the longer you keep making yourself better and making positive memories to replace the ones that haunt you the better you will be. The only way is forward. Keep pressing on.
