1	Are you a Validation Whore? It is the pathological obsession of proving to yourself that you're sexually attractive, by being validated in your sexual attractiveness by women. I think alot of men encounter this pathological obsession after a few months of lifting. They get a little muscle or get kinda low bodyfat and then they become obssessed with their physical appearance. If you truly want to change you will lose your current social circle. I would tell them you're going on a vacation for a few weeks and then keep your phone on airplane mode. What I recommend is keeping your phone on airplane mode the whole day and only use it for a few minutes at night.
