just because a man is mentally ill does not mean that he will go to the hospital. The guy you responded to didn't say this. He said "if you're deemed a threat to yourself" you're taken to a hospital - in the U.S. this is called a 5150 and my limited experience (seeing people taken under 5150 and having a girlfriend who was a psychiatric technician) tells me he's correct about that.

Pure capitalism and pure communism both have good and bad parts. Modern economic systems incorporate elements of both in an attempt to create at least a semblance of a system that can be more balanced than either could be on its own.
