5	Predatory men in public All you can do is stay safe in the meantime. Take self-defence classes, take up a martial art, if it's legal; carry a weapon. If you like to wear heels to parties or whatever, bring sneakers with you so when you are walking outside you are wearing appropriate footwear and you can actually run away when necessary.
