They should replace her with Commander Michael Burnham from Star Trek Discovery. I mean she can do anything, and even though it really doesn't make much sense, the entire universe revolves around her. Pretty sure you watched a different episode than I did, the one guy who was useless was Samwell Tarly. Everyone else fought their asses off for the entire episode.
