Reddit does that automatically when it thinks you are listing things. Nothing to be done about it, as far as I know.

I find unshaved armpits very unattractive on women. I suppose it might be considered unhygienic because sweat will hold on to the hairs and make it smell worse. But that's not really the reason I dislike it, I just do. The unhygienic part is just afterwards reasoning trying to justify preferences though and trying to explain why I find female armpit hair "icky". Otherwise I would shave my armpits as well.

Wearing your boyfriend's oversized clothes is a good one. It'll probably look good to him, because it has a bit of a "your mine" vibe.

Good points, every single one of them (perhaps except 9).

I don't think that's important. Respectful or not, it was neccesary.

Ask the friend whether she has actual proof (messages, call data and such).

You can't be perfect. That's okay. Just compensate for what you lack. Be well read, respectful, just nice. You won't get the perfect man, because you're not perfect, but that's okay.

What intimidates you? Are you afraid of failing, or afraid of beong judged by others as you fail?

I don't think religion "will brainwash you right back into BP". I actually find quite a lot of traditional values in religion.

I feel that it's also important to emphasise the importance of weight here. In my opinion, having a healthy weight is a lot more important than dressing well, also because of the fact that dressing well matters a lot less if you are fat.

Don't look for motivation. You don't need motivation, you already have it: you want to be more attractive. What you need, is discipline. There are no tricks or shortcuts, just do it. Force yourself, especially if you don't like it.

There are also men who like fat women. That doesn't mean you shouldn't try to be skinny nor that skinny women are undesirable. There are even men that prefer blow-up dolls... You will never appeal to all men, just to try to attract those who you'd want to attract. But keep in mind that you'll never attract them all.

Exactly. Show restraint. Show that you don't need to drink all you get, because you can afford to have more than you need.

In Vietnam it used to be a sign of wealth not to drink your glass empty. Leave a little on the bottom. Drinking your glass empty was a sign of being poor.

I mainly read novels. The last novel I read in English was The Kite Runner. I would definitely recommend it. Be warned though, Hosseini will rip out your heart and trample over it. Multiple times.

That is adorable! I envy him, you two sound very happy.

Don't loudly broadcast your beliefs unless they ask. It's not neccesary. However, don't apologize either. Stick to your goals. They don't like you improving, you're competition and they're not keeping up.

In the end, it's all about your happiness. 'You do you', basically. Be wary of treating this man as your boyfriend though, because he's not. You seem to want to treat him as some kind of practice-husband.

Why does he have three kids with two different women? And two in the same year? To me, that seems like a red flag. Don't become ex #3.

You should of course do what makes him happy (as long as you don't mind it too much). However, you should figure out whether he really prefers you without makeup or whether he really just prefers the 'no makeup' makeup. Many men mistakenly believe themselves to have the first preference while they have the latter in reality (without knowing it).

You (plural) have access to more money now. Nothing else has changed. There is no problem. Don't look at it as Mr.'s money increasing, look at it as your (plural) money increasing and enjoy it.

I agree, this is too much of a risk. Especially considering that this isn't a neccesary risk.

You shouldn't try. He lacks discipline and restraint. Find someone who suits you and let him find someone who will be happy with him.

It seems like he doesn't want to be fat (like most people) but is simply too lazy to put in the work required. It's really not that hard to lose weight. If he doesn't do it, he simply lacks discipline and restraint. Especially if you've stressed the importance of this issue to him. Either he changes, or you should leave. And it doesn't seem like he'll change.

My mother spend more on me than child support, so I don't think I benefitted her financially.

I wouldn't say criticism is pointless though. Sometimes, you need a good solid round of (constructive) criticism to understand that something needs to change, e.g. wasting your life doing drugs. Sometimes, you don't even know that you are doing something wrong until somebody else tells you, e.g. correct grammar and spelling.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
