Do you have any statistics on how prevalent false rape accusations are on campus? I'm genuinely curious about this. I've seen multiple statistics that support the 1 in 5 claim, but not a single study that suggests false rape accusations are any higher than other falsely reported crimes.

By "court precedents" are you referring to the case in Kansas? Because that wasn't exactly a case of traditional sperm donation. Sperm donors who go through the system with reputable sperm banks are completely protected from paying child support, but this legal precedent your talking about literally donated to a lesbian couple he found on Craiglist and signed a contract with no attorney present.

Rebecca Solnit did not coin "mansplaining." She wrote an essay called Men Explain Things to Me and the portmanteau was created by the readers afterwards. She's actually been pretty apprehensive about the words usage because it implies that this is something that all men do and something that women are immune from doing.
