What you forgot to mention, however, is that in the Christian framework, the oppressor is defeated and the hero-king said "my kingdom is not of this world". Those who follow Jesus' example build Kingdom by loving, forgiving, showing generosity, having joy and making peace. Better he talk to her directly, try and have an adult discussion where two opinions are listened to and considered. Who knows, maybe she could be an ally in disguise if you are diplomatic about it. If, at that point she's making you feel like an asshole with snarky, dismissive comments antagonizing your human rights, then go ahead and talk to the appropriate people.
