9	Seems that teaching students "Men are guilty until proven innocent" is now a priority Before court, it is an accusation. It will be determined IN COURT if it is a false accusation or not. You can't know beforehand if the accusation is false, unless the accusing party admits it and in that case, I am perfectly fine with them facing consequences outside of court, since they made up a crime to intentionally destroy a person's life. Yet there were less than 100,000 total rapes AND sexual assualts from 1995-2013 It's like that old post where a user in /r/feminism claimed that if the woman is drunk, she is not consent to the act and, thus, she is getting raped. Another user replied, asking if two drunk people are having sex, are they, consequently, raping each other. The user who used common sense to reply got banned, nonetheless.
