My current weight loss journeyThat's a good mission, I need to disciple younger guys more. I've been doing OMAD for 3+ years now. I highly recommend it. It's much easier to have self control with eating by simply not doing it all day. I've gotten so used to what my body actually needs each day that I can adjust my weight gain/loss at will, just by what I eat at dinner. I'm a bit hungry in the afternoon but I've learned that hunger is a good thing, it means your body is burning fat. I really look forward to family dinners, ob… | /r/RPChristians | 01/08/21 06:59 AM
OkCupid single mother wants you to wine and dine her and bear with her while she figures out if chivalry is deadI don't get people who call themselves "well-read" and then make elementary school grammatical mistakes. I was a nerd growing up. I read a ton because I had no friends. When you read a lot, you pick up vocabulary and grammar. It becomes instinctual. This girl is not well-read at all. Most likely she made it through a Harry Potter book once and figured she could virtue signal her reading ability. | /r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen | 26/07/21 06:06 AM

Activision Blizzard Lawsuit through MGTOW Lens:Great game... I prefer re-playing the great classic games rather than buying new ones. They are basically free, moddable, pleasantly difficult, and fun. Also, like music and movies, the great games of the past tend to live on, the junk was long ago buried. I did a BG2 run through recently, still just as much fun. | /r/MGTOW | 24/07/21 06:59 AM

Single mom looking for someone to fix herChristians are actually more hypocritical because we claim to have a high set of moral standards that we rarely actually meet. That's one thing, to struggle with this, but then turning around and acting self-righteous and putting on a show to others, acting better than they are, is how we get into trouble and what really pisses people off. And a big purpose of being part of a church is that we should be calling people out on this stuff, being fat abusive slut wives is simply not ok and these thi… | /r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen | 18/07/21 08:27 PM
Single mom looking for someone to fix herYep totally agree on the abstinence thing, makes sense to me. I actually think it probably ruined her life more to be sent to college. I think college makes women unmarriageable in several ways. For instance, she's not going to stop doing what she was doing sexually - she's going to be worse. Her N-count will go up like crazy and she will be unable to be happily married ever. That's just one reason I think her (and all similar women) should be called what they are, in public - whores and sluts. … | /r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen | 18/07/21 07:11 PM
Single mom looking for someone to fix herOTOH, it might have been better to let her father know. These tradcucked, boomer pastors often have no idea what's going on under their noses. "My family is just fine" level ignorance. The more they are kept ignorant the more their kids get away with. As a father of an 11 year old daughter, I'd sure as hell want to know, so I could shoot both of them and disown her posthumously. | 15 | Single mom looking for someone to fix herYeah, it really takes a strong sisterhood to keep hypergamy in check on a cultural bubble level. I've seen it work, like a small ethnic church where there's sort of a cultural expectation of being submissive, obedient wives. The wives all enforce/teach it, and the younger ones follow suit. Divorce rate zero, happy families (in general). But yeah, the typical American church is full of hypocrites. Also, girls like this are just using the label to virtue signal purity and other values they do not … | /r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen | 12/07/21 04:13 AM

Here is your latest lesson...Yep I had a moment a couple weeks ago where this lady was telling me about her sister's screwed up life, and I said something like "I guess she's enjoying her cats and wine". The look on her face was priceless, she literally thought I was prophetic. She said, "How did you know that?" She was dead serious. | 1 | Mad her boundaries got respectedA good marriage is the dream of just about everyone, but it rarely works out the way we expect. In the old days bad marriages were just as common, but you were culturally and legally obligated to stick around, ball-and-chain for life. But the dream was the same and always has been. | 3 | A public apology to the mgtow brothersI like being "poor". I consider myself "rich" even though I'm below the federal poverty line in income. Have been 20 years. The few friends I have are friends because they like and respect me. I mean I make pretty good wine, but I don't think that's why. I'm fairly sure my wife of 20 years does not love me for my money at this point. I work about 5 hours a week and enjoy life. Also invisible to women, and it's a good thing. | /r/MGTOW | 05/07/21 05:16 AM |
Single mom demands tall man, but doesn’t reveal her weight when asked.Astute observations. There are still some churches where wives are taught to submit to their husbands, and sexual sin is confronted. I'm part of one, but it's a Brazilian church. Happy families, no divorce. I've been married 20 years and recently replaced my wife's diamond ring with a cheap $80 peridot ring that I think looks better with her red hair. She loves it. I've been below the poverty line in income all 20 years of marriage. I highly recommend this, because I'm 100% sure my wife doesn't love me for my money. | 2 | Repost to cover name. Stupid girl leaves childhood sweetheart to chase chadCan confirm. Women have a pack mentality, when they are separated from their sisterhood and place in a cultural bubble hierarchy, they are inherently miserable, whereas men can exist more or less as lone wolves. I'm part of a Brazilian bubble church like this. Many MGTOW here would say this is literally impossible, but the families are happy, the women obey their husbands, it's very old-fashioned. | 2 | Repost to cover name. Stupid girl leaves childhood sweetheart to chase chadThey're not the only ones, we (Christians) have some secret communities where the women are managed very well. Hypergamy is restrained on the sisterhood level, no divorce permitted, etc. But it takes a cultural bubble - some would say cultish kind of community - to really enforce it well. But it does exist, and you can visit these communities and see for yourself. Examples would be the Amish, Hudderites, Mennonites, that kind of thing. | /r/MGTOW | 29/06/21 06:54 AM

Have you guys notice most women have no interests or hobbies?Men are designed to master, create, destroy, rule, and order their surroundings. Women are designed to serve and help the man, and raise his children. | 4 | Why marriage has ruined the lives of many men.You don't see it in this forum for obvious reasons, but there are happy marriages out there, where even the man is not miserable. I do not advocate state marriage because it's a bad deal for men, where it used to be a good deal. She knows a woman who is not as beautiful and smart as her yet she's married to an investment banker living in Tribeca, "So what's she doing right?".No bubble to burst... I'm not saying even 1% of women are like my wife, just commenting on the income level thing. | 7 | A big part of many women's unreasonableness and why they end up spinsters is that they take all the "ideal traits" from previous men and demand it from the next man while offering little to no value themselves. The quality you display here is thankfulness/contentment, being happy with what you have instead of miserable with what you don't. A content and happy wife doesn't just happen, these are gifts she gives him, and it is a huge blessing, which will come back to you in how he values what HE has. As it should be all over the world. My wife is all of those things, she also trains other wives to do the same. It takes years of training, a mentor, and a like-minded sisterhood, but it's possible. This is called keeping "frame" in the relationship, and it can be done. In my small Brazilian cultural bubble church, it's common as the men generally don't take any of that feminist BS, and the women are taught to be submissive and obey their husbands. I was thinking more "vocation" or "set of responsibilities/duties", a broader sense than just a corporate job. As for payment, there's lots of reward for being a good wife - assuming she does a good job: remains loyal and submissive, constantly improves, and strives for wisdom and contentment with her situation in life. Let the women run the workforce for a while, see how it goes. I'm a bit spoiled, I love being poor and working for myself, have 20 years now. I don't think the extraction of resources is going anywhere though - women will just find another way. You don't have to wife up a single mother to be shackled with providing for her - the government steps in and transfers your wealth to her, without your permission, through your taxes, which are garnished from your paycheck. In fact everyone does this on some level. Sometimes our standards are a little different and that leads to weird conversations. I think nearly everyone agrees that rape is bad, but we often disagree on what "rape" actually is, and how bad … | /r/MensRights | 09/01/20 06:04 PM
Requesting advice: racist/sexist remark in officeOr you can go the other way, quit and let some other guy deal with all the career girls. Work for yourself, start your own business, whatever. Men are dropping out of the full-time workforce in record numbers precisely because of this crap. The above is good advice, I'm just saying I wouldn't have the patience to deal with that. I've been working for myself 20 years and I'm spoiled. No women in MY workforce. Actually I take that back, I just outsourced some of my younger students to my wife, who… | /r/MensRights | 09/01/20 05:35 PM
The blatant sexism I've experienced at school and seen on Disney's kids showsAnd people think we're weird for homeschooling and tightly controlling what our daughter watches. There are some Disney films on the list of approved movies, but they're from like the 60s or earlier. This is 2020, TV is a thing of the past. Full of stupidity and commercials. I haven't had one in over ten years. Not in my house. | /r/MensRights | 09/01/20 05:30 PM
The Red Pill Documentary On Men's Rights, By A Former Feminist, Is Now Free With Ads On YoutubeThis is 2020. No movie should ever have ads. They sure don't on my internet. I block em to death. | /r/MensRights | 07/01/20 06:26 AM
Boys vs Girls activities in schoolsI knew a guy in HS that played on the field hockey team just because he could. You should just join one of the "girls" things and dare them to stop you. And before you ask, yes he wore the skirt :) | /r/MensRights | 04/11/19 07:38 AM
Why so few MRAs from this sub on Twitter?Never been on that site in my life (I might have accidentally clicked on a link once). Not going to start now. | /r/MensRights | 29/10/19 05:14 PM
HOW TO DESTROY A MAN - Ava Brighton "Don't let the title fool you, this one is worth watching"Sounds rational to me. Of course that's what I'm doing in the US :) | /r/MensRights | 22/10/19 08:49 PM
HOW TO DESTROY A MAN - Ava Brighton "Don't let the title fool you, this one is worth watching"That's really bad. What effects is it having on society there? I'd be afraid to walk out my front door... or even own a house. | /r/MensRights | 21/10/19 05:37 AM
Using the boys as human shieldsHeh, and people look at us funny for homeschooling. Joke's on you, world. | /r/MensRights | 20/10/19 06:28 AM
Child support and insurance are more then my paychecks. We're on food stamps and "fuel" assistance (pays the electric bill in winter), as well as free government health care. Not too bad to be poor in MA, just let daddy gov'ment take care of you. I don't feel bad about it at all. People here are constantly voting to redistribute wealth, I'm not going to argue. | /r/MensRights | 15/10/19 04:38 PM
How/why did you align with the MRM originally?Yeah, but for years I had been... cynical and unfulfilled in church "services", so much so that I made my own house church, which went for 7 years. Now we go to a Brazilian church which is so non-feminist it's crazy. Like, they always tell wives to submit to husbands and all that. No one blinks. It's so refreshing. No divorce, happy families, happy men. In fact more men in our small group than women. The men actually want to be there instead of forced (or guilted) by their wives. But yes, you ar… | /r/MensRights | 15/10/19 04:36 PM
Child support and insurance are more then my paychecks. As a man married over 18 years and a father, if this happened to me I'd probably be in jail. Either for refusal to pay a cent in child support, "kidnapping" my kid, or a murderous rampage against the woman who did it. Maybe all three. I'm not recommending any of the above, just saying I don't know how men deal with it. | /r/MensRights | 12/10/19 03:24 AM
How/why did you align with the MRM originally?I'm Christian, white, married, male, and have a cynical mind. It was only a matter of time :) A friend introduced me to Dalrock and I was hooked. | /r/MensRights | 12/10/19 03:15 AM
I took this from r/feminism. It applies to men as wellWhat I want is a gentleman's club for peasants. Like all the stuff that guys would ever want in a place with no women allowed, ever. Like an adult YMCA, fun but fancy, and without the need to be rich to be a member. | /r/MensRights | 08/10/19 03:55 PM
I took this from r/feminism. It applies to men as wellAs I was reading today in "Men on Strike" all-male spaces have all but vanished. There used to be clubs and such in almost every area that were men only. I kinda want to start a men-only club, but it would quickly get sued into oblivion in this state. | /r/MensRights | 08/10/19 06:27 AM
Apparently the term “hey guys” is offensive. We'll come for you later. Because "folks" implies a lower socioeconomic status and we can't have that can we? | /r/MensRights | 18/09/19 03:34 PM
Apparently the term “hey guys” is offensive.Right, the victim card, where your identity is based around being the most oppressed person in the room. | /r/MensRights | 18/09/19 03:32 PM
Was literally just talking about this on a post in this sub. This is what is going around twitter. So what about when a man wants to keep his virginity? The fact is that dicks, if you want to reduce the sum total of male human sexuality to that one word, are incredibly important. Literally creates and destroys lives, and profoundly affects every stage of a normal woman's life. Ladies, you can deny that or pretend it doesn't affect you, but then you exist because of a dick. | /r/MensRights | 18/09/19 03:29 PM
Was literally just talking about this on a post in this sub. This is what is going around twitter. So what about when a man wants to keep his virginity?Good for you, I did the same. Been married 18 years, the sex is awesome. She is the best I've ever had, and I'm the best she's ever had. Because ignorance is bliss. | /r/MensRights | 18/09/19 03:12 PM
Feminist groups lose battle to have strip club closedThey sure milk the one clip of that one girl and her small posse, must have been about 20 times. I don't think this is a very big protest at all. Even so, I'm glad they're pitting feminists against each other. A house divided against itself cannot stand. | /r/MensRights | 18/09/19 03:05 PM
Yeeeeeah that'll be a hard pass.I'd go one step further. Remove yourself from the workforce entirely, start your own business, learn to be happy being poor, and avoid all sorts of feminine entanglements. Worked for me. For bonus points, collect government benefits paid for by hard-working career girls like this one. | /r/MensRights | 06/09/19 06:02 AM

Good dads -- the real game changer | Dr. Meg Meeker | TEDxTraverseCityI admit I got a bit teary too. The dramatic clips were... dramatic, and not that representative of "normal" life, but moving nonetheless. | /r/MensRights | 12/08/19 08:45 PM
Saw this on SLPT. Quite an accurate depiction of what mental health advice for men looks like IMO.As a firm believer in #3 (sans cheesy old lady pic), I also don't think ANY of these are quick fixes for mental health for anyone. People are too quick to dismiss the problems of others due to lack of empathy and lack of involvement. I've certainly had to learn to STFU and actually listen to people and not offer quick-fix solutions to make myself look good. But this takes time and effort and patience. | /r/MensRights | 12/08/19 08:22 PM
How do we win?If you're referring to the culture war, I agree with others that we've essentially lost. That's ok with me because I've won by re-framing the fight. It's easy to be anti-feminist, it's hard to be pro-men and pro-families. I'll share an example from my own life, but keep in mind I'm not trying to be overly religious or preachy, as this probably isn't the place: My family and I found a great church where there's a radically different culture. Just this Sunday the wives were told that their duty wa… | /r/MensRights | 12/08/19 07:05 PM
