I don't get people who call themselves "well-read" and then make elementary school grammatical mistakes. I was a nerd growing up. I read a ton because I had no friends. When you read a lot, you pick up vocabulary and grammar. It becomes instinctual. This girl is not well-read at all. Great game... I prefer re-playing the great classic games rather than buying new ones. They are basically free, moddable, pleasantly difficult, and fun. I like being "poor". I consider myself "rich" even though I'm below the federal poverty line in income. Have been 20 years. The few friends I have are friends because they like and respect me. They're not the only ones, we (Christians) have some secret communities where the women are managed very well. Hypergamy is restrained on the sisterhood level, no divorce permitted, etc. But it takes a cultural bubble - some would say cultish kind of community - to really enforce it well. My wife makes home cooked meals from scratch every day, homeschools our daughter, does secretary type work for my small business, runs errands, cleans, and makes time for her husband. This is a real threat. I have hosted websites for years, and their TOS clearly says they can shut down any website for any reason at any time. I used to host my own sites at home, but ISPs started blocking outgoing email ports, and hosting sites is technically against their TOS unless you have a "business" account that costs a lot more. ISPs are a major problem anyway, monopolistic and they control the infrastructure. Basically there are lots of ways to censor people on the internet.

Been doing exactly that for over two years now. I'm really steady right around 130, and have gotten so good at controlling my weight that I can go up or down at will, slowly but steadily, just by what I eat at that one meal. Don't overthink it. I had no idea two years ago that anyone did this, I made it up myself and it just works. You don't need books or research. Calories in, calories out. Any system that can restrain hypergamy on a mass scale is worth study. As a firm believer in #3 (sans cheesy old lady pic), I also don't think ANY of these are quick fixes for mental health for anyone. People are too quick to dismiss the problems of others due to lack of empathy and lack of involvement.
