It’s not so much that I’m afraid now, but when a guy is told from birth to adolescence to literally keep it in their pants no matter what, it makes you miss out in life. Not having sex in my teens caused my 20s to be weird - I was never able to compare to others. The word “sheltered” doesn’t come close to my experience, and it’s not all on my mom, but that’s where it started.
