Maybe you could elaborate on your previous experience with women, how you interacted with them, how your family and friends are (religious, prudish, open minded), your cultural background (where you are from, traditional asian, latin american...), any older brothers or older friends that could work as masculine references. This way it would be easier to help you, since different causes require different solutions.

DO NOT fall into the trap of reading more and more. Always looking for the perfect resource. It doesn't exist, that's an excuse used by those to afraid to take action. Upvoted for truth. Been through this road and it only leads to student paralysis, when you have so much material in your head competing for attention that you get this strange blank when approaching.

1) You should hug her. Just a natural and confident hug, like it is no big deal. 2) Sit close to her, side by side (or 45 degrees). Avoid being on the other side of the table. This way it is easier to escalate and to do small playful kino stuff (like hitting her on the arm, comparing hand sizes...). 3) The paying the bill question is hard to answer correctly over the internet, depends on your age, her age, how stuff goes, her outlook on life... In general, be prepared to pay the whole bill, watc…

This is the best way. You want a relationship and it looks like he is not on the same page. You can ask him for an explanation, and then decide whether you want to stay or leave. No point into dragging it hoping you can change him if he is not looking for the same thing you are.

NLP goes a long way in the seduction community, with Ross Jeffries extensively using it in the nineties. It ranges from outer game (understanding subcommunications) to inner game stuff (self-therapy, motivation). Some of that stuff is a little dated or too contrived to work reliably, such as weasel words and memorized patterns. Other parts are quite manipulative, and if misused can border the limits of what is ethical. Ross Jeffries material was my introduction to seduction. I did memorize loads…

It is the same way you get into any new social circle. You get introduced to people and start befriending them, figure the hierarchy of the group, get in good terms with the core people and find a way to offer value to the group (either resources or social connections). The girl in case would help you get inner access early by introductions and taking you to insider events (parties, hangouts...), also giving you some social proof by validating you as a worthy guy.

Those books are mainly mindset or inner game books (though models has a bit of external game). In order to implement that stuff you need some basic social skills =external game=, which you are lacking. The most effective way in acquiring these social skills is by demand i.e. going out, discovering what you need to work on, back to the lab to study a little then off to field test that shit, one step at a time. So, for small talk you could start with this video that will give you a comprehensive i…

I am in a similar road. 1) do the exercises in the book. They really help. 2) One safe person will do. Try to find one, its really helpful. 3) Another great exercise is becoming aware of the thoughts. Go out and notice your thoughts. When you come back home write them down. Then consciously question them, see if they make sense, then rewrite them in a more positive light. Work this new beliefs in your head, imagining what would have happened if you had such new thoughts in that situation. Then y…

I understand your frustration. But the world is what it is. 150 asian girls swipe you in tinder. You can choose what you make of that. Either be happy and date them or go look for hotter girls elsewhere (or change your pics and try again). You eventually have to balance what you want with what you can get. Seddit is about helping each other improving and reaching their goals in a seduction context. Sure looks are important for a lot of people, but eventually they realize that there is lots more …

If I have no interest in a girl, I am probably the most interesting person they will meet all month. If I am interested in her, I'll likely have subpar game, and get a number only to later that night recieve an "I'm not interested/seeing someone" text. That's what you need to change, to bring your natural and funny self out when you are meeting girls you are already into. It is probably a psychological issue, where you have some underlying beliefs and assumptions about yourself and relating to w…

That is some unstable situation to be in, as if things get a little bad she might sleep with the other guy. As much as I know this has a low probability in real life situations (she would avoid doing it with a guy she friendzoned) the threat is always there and its not unheard off. Every relationship I have been with had ups and downs. Things are just harder if it is so easy to make a mistake when things get though. Nonetheless, what would you think if the guy out of the blue found some orbiter …

So, think to yourself, why you didn't escalate with her? Being at her house in that situation it was probably as simple as getting close + kino + silence pause. She invited you to her house, alone, in the middle of the night, after investing a lot of time talking to you at a party => all of those are "at least give it a shot" signs. Could it be that she being tired and too drunk are rationalizations? Maybe you are still not quite through with your girlfriend or still not used to the idea of bein…

Not necessarily. He might have thought that the conversation have ended and just delved into phone world. You are just facing some of the hurdles that the person that initiates have to face. When you approach you have to be able to ground it (plausible justification / not creepy), then carry the bulk of the conversation (generating some attraction in there) and evaluate if the other person gets interested. In lots of cases you wont get a positive response and you wont know why. In this case he m…

In life you need goals to pursuit (unless you are a nihilist, depressed or some kind of high level Buddhist monk). For the last couple of years you made the goal of getting laid the main one in your life. Now that you accomplished that, it is normal to feel aimless. You just need to find your next goal/mission/purpose. You have been doing that your whole life already, the things that mattered when you were a kid changed as you grew to become a teenager and so on. Just relax a bit and figure out …

Just read philosophy. It is a great way to expand your worldview and make you an interesting person. Bertrand Russell. The Problems of Philosophy (1912). Simon Blackburn. Think (1999). Both straight from the recommended reading at /r/philosophy. Simon one is quite good. Don't know about Russel's. I started with Thinking through philosophy a couple years ago. Its quite easy and covers a lot of themes.

This is how I understand this issue: -We spent our entire lives collecting experiences, forming beliefs and a worldview. -What we are used to think about as ourselves (our identity) is actually our conscious thoughts and a collection of common emotions and preferences that arise in certain situations. -But there is a large body of subconscious beliefs and repressed/not immediately accessible memories that play a large part in how we behave. -Once you read a theory you get it because it is logica…

No need to freak out. People are just learning, they will make mistakes and ask strange questions. This sub just help them get better faster. You can probably remember some weird experiences or conversations with friends/sisters about dating. Its the same.

It seems like fear from intimacy. You desire romance but you are not comfortable with letting the guy get closer to you, then you just push him away. Might be rooted in how you see yourself, maybe you are trying to hide something about you from the world. Take a look at this article, see if anything rings a bell. The hard part in solving these kind of issues is that many times the problems are subconscious and you really have no easy access to them.

Best way to learn is by increasing the difficulty progressively. Some tips to make it easier: Using dark shades when doing this at the streets. Focusing at the spot between the eyebrows. When comfortable just remove the aids.

You had a crush, that motivated you to take action and improve yourself. You go through a learning process, become a better man and eventually go back and k-close the girl. Then you realize that having an external motivation is not the best way. And you are sad? Why? These are just growing pains. Doing it for her made you a better person, so much that now you want to do it for yourself. It just seems that you are worrying too much.

The threesomes that I know about all had two elements that are missing here: the guy had already laid at least one of the girls (more commonly both) and at least one of the girls had agreed / was into it beforehand (again, more commonly both). It seems that the best way would be to physically escalate with both of them, then, early on, lead the girls to escalate among themselves. Initiating the girl on girl action is crucial in any threesome situation. If you can get the girls to make out you ar…

Best therapy in your case is exposure. Just do a hundred approaches. Start small if you feel more comfortable, with functional openers, asking for directions. Eventually your brain will realize that such thinking makes no sense. And it does feels great to get rid of it.

Assuming you are a girl here, and looking back at my previous relationships. First thing is appearance, that is the main factor before approaching. What can you do? Fix your hair, light makeup (eye liner makes a big difference), getting in shape (not being fat helps a lot). Having fun, smiling, making eye contact all help. Once I am interacting I care more about how much fun / energy the girl has. Lots of flirting, playing around, some sense of humor. Interesting conversation, where we can match…

It can be many things. One more thing to consider: Women that are somewhat attracted to you but unavailable (eg LTR) will actually have more negative body language toward you than a neutral or available one. Probably a defense mechanism for their current relationship (got this from some psych paper, don't have the references right now).

It will depend on your situation, country, city size... Early 30s is a great age for man, assuming you got your shit together (career you are proud of, a place for yourself, not broke). You can date all over the age groups (20-40) easily. Younger girls are generally into older man. Sex comes easier (might have some bias due to increasing skill as you age). Older women will have more baggage, and the quality thins out a bit (lots of them already married), but sex is great and some of them will be…

Probably the fastest way of solving this is therapy. You are carrying some baggage from your past, and that is showing in your game (pushing away the ones you want) and in your motivation (not being excited when someone else likes you). Learning a lot of outer game to counter these deeper issues is possible, but not worth the effort. Just do therapy, examine your issues closer and work your way out of it. Many things will fall into place and you will be glad you did it.

I have been in a similar situation. The first time you learn this stuff, every single step you take is awesome, and I would be excited with little things like holding a conversation for 5 minutes or a #-close. When I came back I wanted to get similar results to my best days right off the bat. I was measuring myself against a standard that was way too high. The resulting pressure killed my inner game, my enjoyment and it shone through my game, in a vicious circle. Once I accepted that now I suck,…

This. I had similar experiences in the past, and its hard to get the message across. People are somewhat stuck in their own ways, as if held prisoners of their own beliefs. The usual response is disbelief and then "rationalization"-type excuses. I don't bother anymore. Just work on yourself. Every now and then you drop a subtle hint, and if anyone is interested you can show them the doors.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
