Without frame and game unless you are god tier attractive you are limiting yourself severely. Best thing to develop them tbh is to approach lots of girls, game lots till it becomes second nature and practice stoicism. That's what worked for me at least

I do a push pull legs routine. Coolcicada's PPL is probably a good place to start then add stuff to suit your needs. Keep losing bro that's fuckin impressive. Watch your diet and train hard and you'll be legendary in no time.

Perhaps that's because she's aiming too high (hypergamy)? There are examples all the time of fat and unattractive women being swarmed with messages on sites like tinder so it's quite impossible that she just "can't find a guy". Literally all she has to do is work on her appearance a small amount. Men have to work exponentially harder than women to be considered attractive. I am not an incel, and I don't support their bullshit ideas either. I'm just currently in anger phase.
