2	This blows my mind: Teenage girl fired over Twitter amasses support from around the world The boss had every right to fire her but lost frame while doing so. There are more professional ways to fire someone, such as printing out the tweet and have it waiting for her on her first day. The backlash comes from people's primal dislike the actions of against males that lose frame. Nobody is saying he's wrong for firing her.
