Not really. The majority of those players plays in the premier league and thus earns pretty well already. What they make through the national team isn't a vast part of their earnings and thus they can easily afford to take a reduction. So the earnings from the national team isn't really worth any hassle for them.

Unpopular opinion A person having children isn't in of itself a reason not to enter a relationship with that person. It's however a strong indicator not to do it. There are valid reasons to date someone with a child, for example if their spouse died because of an illness or in an car accident which wasn't their own fault and the remaining spouse is in a stable situation. But those reasons probably are the minority why a woman is a single parent these days and yes, I'm better than to be a backup …
