I get that you're busy but lifting is something you should make time for. It doesn't have to be 2 hours 7 days a week; 3-4 days a week at like 1-1.5 hours is good enough. I think this is the right move. A crazy amount of people (not just old, unhealthy people) are dying. Even if you don't die you can still have side effects that follow you for years/the rest of your life. Now that you mention it, I do recall thinking that some of the stuff in it was outdated (it was published 20 years ago, so some of the information pertains to a 90s society instead of a 2020s society). There might've been some outdated notions in there but if you do see something you don't think applies, there's no need to apply it. As far as criticisms go, I think the book revolves around things that "nice guys" do and it can come off a little bit...strange? The phrasing and way it's all sorted…
