Naturally, they wanted to have a successful show with more than the theme of just "no one appreciates dad".

Sometimes it's better to be polite and accept the offer. For example, it would be rude if you made dinner one night and invited people over, and someone didn't eat your food because "It wasn't healthy enough" or some other excuse. Don't be that guy..trust me, it's not just women or overweight people who have a negative view of someone acting like you did.

God, what a silly argument. Instead of saying something is "perfect," would you say "it is approaching perfection, although perfection is impossible, so it is not quite perfect"? No, because it is anal retentive and annoying to hear.

The amount of people taking this video seriously makes me wonder about the community here.

If you think this video is real, you are either 12 or have some screws loose.

The fake handjob at the end. Her stereotypical excuses. This was so fake I don't even think the person who created it was trying to pass it as real.

Shoot, hit, doesn't matter, when someone is walking away from you it's not self defense. Everybody knows that, and if you don't, you should learn it so you don't wind up in jail one day

These posts about Ray Rice are on par with a substandard r/TwoXChromosomes post

I honestly think irrational posts like this make the red pill look very bad and should be removed. You want to talk about the bullshit of his playing career being over because of a crime? Fine, that's worth discussing. You want to act like he was acting in self defense? That just makes you look stupid. She hit him outside the elevator..he followed her inside and punched the daylights out of her. That's not self defense when you follow someone. He is much bigger and stronger and a pro football pl…

Are you watching the same video? He followed her into the elevator. He was not acting in self defense..that's laughable. If someone punches you, walks away, and you shoot them, guess what, you weren't defending yourself

Is this post a joke? Things like this make the red pill look bad. He decked his wife, really fucking hard and she wasn't even attacking him. That's just a dick thing to do. Look...just because this is a man v. woman situation doesn't mean Ray Rice is automatically right. Yes, I get it, you're tired of the feminist double standard. They jumped on this before the video came out and it blew up. But the video did come out, and Ray Rice did 100% of the violence. If she was punching him, fine, but she…

Urban dictionary will let anything get put on there. That was obviously a girl who hates the red pill who wrote that. If someone submitted another definition, it would probably get accepted also (which would be funny because the definitions would contradict one another) I'd say fuck it and let it go. If you think the red pill works for you, go for it. Keep it a (relative) secret so you don't have a million people coming in here.

That was the longest article I've tried to read in a while. Good god.

That is ridiculous man. Imagine if a girl broke up with you for the same. It reeks of insecurity/not trusting her. Are you upset she didn't invite you, or were you really considering giving her an ultimatum of either seeing her family or having you?

That list is ridiculous. I would never talk to a girl who had that many on the list. No one will read that, but everyone will be afraid of breaking one of his laws too much to go out with him

God that was painful to read. You were full on arguing with her and sending paragraphs. It was kind of funny but also a little pathetic for both parties. Why would you want to keep her around if she is that nutty?

If you look young for your age now, I see no reason why you won't still look young for your age at 27.

Also I'd like to add that there are some contradicting beliefs on this subreddit. If someone were to use this subreddit as a guide for how to select the perfect woman/how to be the perfect woman, there would be contradicting information. For example, I see posts about women not worrying about money or their careers, because they think they shouldn't have to and they will meet some guy who will take care of it. This is seen as a negative. Also seen as a negative, is women who are financially inde…

red pill is the best solution and how fucked up women can be sometimes (I don't want to generalize becaus there are great women out there too! Just in my experience is all) Coming from an objective viewpoint (someone who reads red pill, but doesn't believe it to be dogma) this is what the problem is. TRP tends to generalize women, as a whole. Yes, there are so many terrible women out there...girls who sleep around in college and expect their Prince Charming to pick them up in an Audi en route to…

Did you discuss the damage with her before leaving, or just look at it then drive off?
/r/TheRedPill12/06/14 04:50 AM

If I did that, I would expect 100% of the replies to be from females. I would not expect a guy to have a "That's fucked up!!!" reaction. This is assuming the hypothetical boy in the blog's friends were males.

Several weeks later, the boy tells his friends about his new hobby. The reaction is volcanic: “You have got to be kidding me!” “That is soooo fucked up!” “Wow. Just Wow.” “What… the actual… fuck?!?!” “You can’t actually be reading that shit? They are literally rapists!” From reading these lines, you'd think these blogs were about killing babies. It's not overly shocking material. The author needs to get over himself.

To be fair to her, and assuming she is being honest about her weight, she gained 20 lbs after getting married at 180lbs, about an 11% increase. I would hope that if my weight went from 200 lbs to 222 lbs, my hypothetical wife wouldn't want to divorce me for only that reason The guy did willingly marry a fat chick.

Someone help me out a little bit..I always feel contradictions when I read these things. So it seems the red pill is somewhat against the "independent woman"..yet this article highlights her art degree, which you can't do shit with, as a negative. If she had gone to school and gotten an engineering degree (or similar, i.e. a degree with career upside), not relying on any man for financial support, would that be viewed as a positive or negative thing?

You won't get "divorce raped" if you sign a prenuptual agreement, or if your wife makes/has more money than you do (at which point you would not want to sign the prenup ;)

If you're worried about losing your job, maybe you shouldn't study it. The oil and gas industry tends to be cyclical and in major downturns like the 80's, can result in layoffs. If you lose your job it would be because of that, not because of new technology pushing out oil. I wouldn't let your brother make your decision. Why don't you research the future demand for different jobs yourself?
/r/TheRedPill15/09/13 04:14 AM

Maybe way down the line, but not 20 years. Also, corn-based plastics=more corn grown, which needs heavy machinery to harvest. In addition, with countries like China growing wildly, demand for petroleum will likely be greater in 20 years than it is now

I don't see what would make the field irrelevant. Do you have a reason why you think that?

We aren't running out of oil and gas anytime soon, so don't let that persuade you one way or another.
