That is the thing I learnt about a woman too, she will keep on telling you about a problem and we assume she is not serious and then she ends up detaching herself slowly from you while in the relationship and then she leaves and you are completely confused. Been there done that, but once a woman detaches there is no going back. It’s good to know that for next time. Women are not easy. But the biggest lesson I learnt is never trust a woman, she can detach herself at any time and leave you. Don’t …

Haha, I don’t understand why this was downvoted. I agree with everything except the last point since I am not Christian

What I learnt is that the woman was going through all that whilst you were married, she was slowly but surely disconnecting her heart while pretending everything was fine, then once she was completely detached she left you and you never saw it coming and all the emotion hits you at once. It gets easier, focus on your personal development - exercise, eat healthy, take care of your health, do therapy.

I wouldn’t have even needed to make this post if I could afford a lawyer. Lawyers are very expensive, most working Americans can’t afford one people already live paycheck to paycheck

So after she left, a month or two later she got in contact with me with the our family wizard portal and I asked her how much money do you need for the kids since you left and she told me $2500 so I sent her $2500 and then I asked her how much she will need for the kids and she gave me an amount which I started paying her, then she said things changed and she needs more so I started giving her more money.

How much will that cost? I seriously have $0 in my bank account because I spent the rest on gas. If I stop paying her the money each paycheck won’t she just request it from the government to garnish my wages ?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
