Man, I'm getting flashbacks just reading this. It sounds exactly the same. My ex was even raped by her cousin when she was young too. Weird coincidence...it will take a lot of healing, but you come out stronger. After dealing with all that shit, now I know exactly what I want from a life partner. I don't even pay attention to women that don't meet my standards anymore. It's a hard but good life lesson.

This really stood out to me as I went through something similar with my ex-wife who also has Borderline Personality Disorder. But eventually she cheated like most BPD people do. After that happened she tried to do anything in her power to make the relationship horrible and force a breakup because she couldn't handle the guilt.
