Some are. A lot want a full share in the profits.

That's how it currently works. The antiwork crowd wants to share in all of the profits of the company. But not share equally in the risk of the company.

NEVER!!
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/23 12:33 AM

No, if the company is losing money, will all the employees chip in from their own personal money? Or does profit sharing only go one way?

It started that way but has now gone full socialism where every owner that takes home more than 50k a year is a greedy fucker exploiting the workers and the boss should share all profits. When asked if the employees will all pay in during a bad year when the company loses money, it's all crickets.

Just saw an ad for Oppenheimer with the quote, "I don't know if we should have this power, but I know the Nazis shouldn't" And then we drop 2 bombs on civilian targets. Yeeaahhh... We're way better than the Nazis, aren't are.

Just look at the ps5 controller vs the xbox one. So much innovation in that controller! The xbox does seem to load a hair faster than the ps5, but we're talking waiting 4 seconds instead of 5.

I mean, other than an entire metoo movement, yeah, what has been done?? Won't someone think of the women for once?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 09:44 PM

There was a guy that got fired because he wouldn't engage in office niceties and the women thought him creepy and basically character assassinated him into getting fired. Doesn't matter what you do or don't do, you are subject to the whims of women. But, I forget we live in a patriarchy.

If I ever decide to go out, I'll go up into the mountains and run exhaust into my car and peacefully go to sleep. Then my loved ones won't be the ones to find me. I might just buy a canister of co2 and unload it. Car exhaust is stinky.

Depends on if you think you can actually make a difference. If a child is being bullied, sure, I'll step in. If a child is being kidnapped by men with guns, I will most likely get killed and they'll take the child anyways.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 04:40 PM

Agreed, but a lot of things that are perfectly consensual are also called coercive.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 05:31 AM

Good questions
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 05:26 AM

There's a lot of grey area on what is considered a power imbalance these days, and it's becoming more and more accepted to call any power imbalance "coercion".
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 05:25 AM

Because lots of things we enjoy at the time come back to bite us later.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 04:12 AM

Yes to both.

The movie or the popcorn?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 03:09 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 02:49 AM

Pretty much anything MRA related. Bringing up any problems men are suffering will quickly get you called an incel. Women cannot be trusted with power. There's a good reason all societies have restricted the amount of power women can hold. It's great for the individual woman, but terrible for society.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 02:28 AM

I don't.

Punching up is starting to have real world consequences. You can't hear that men are awful, horrible rapists multiple times a day under the guise of "Punching up" and not have it affect you. Just because men are a privileged class doesn't mean we are immune to hurtful shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 01:21 AM

I find it so interesting that if woman says "i hate men", we are supposed to ignore the words and listen to the pain behind them and give her support without judgement. But if an incel says "i hate women", he's full of hate and misogyny and we should cut him off from society. He is lesser than pond scum and should be treated accordingly.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/23 01:17 AM

That's what rape fantasy is. A man so overcome with desire for her that he just HAS to have her.

Hey now! That's not how you keep your simps!
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/23 09:33 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/23 09:31 PM

In the US, but China, Japan and South Korea have similar reporting. The fact you don't even know proves my point. If this were a crisis women were struggling with, we'd have no end of PSAs.

Women have had no barriers to this for the past 70 years. How long does it have to be before we stop blaming patriarchy? In 2278, are we still going to be saying "women only got the ability to vote 300 years ago!!"?

Liberals also dislike the notion that men could suffer from anything. Systemic problems that are causing a male loneliness epidemic are met with "RED PILLERS WANT TO FORCE WOMEN TO FUCK THEM!!" and then the obligatory panic about going full on handmades tale. Women aren't owed an education, nor being comfortable in a male dominated field, nor government mandated equal pay. Yet all of these things had massive amounts of money spent to artificially level the playing field on a cultural level becau…

It's more that male sexuality is demonized while female sexuality is glorified. Men that have a problem with n count wouldn't have any problems if that woman had been with 100 girls. In fact, they'd probably think that was super hot.

Ok, which of these things do you do?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/23 05:04 PM

The punching up against men is starting to have real world consequences. Years and years of society screaming that men ain't shit and women need men like a fish needs a bicycle are starting to become reality for a lot of women. If all you hear endlessly is that men ain't shit and the bar is in hell, you're going to look for things to prove that true. Surprising to noone, when you look for these things, you're going to find them.

https://np.reddit.com/r/IdiotsInCars/comments/10k596f/shout_out_to_the_lady_that_solidified_my_awful/ It amazes me how many people will just blindly cross the street because "they have the right of way" Zoomers at BYU are notorious for crossing while looking at their phone completely oblivious to anything going on around them. Yeah, well, I'm sure that will be great comfort when you're paralyzed.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 10:23 PM

Haha that's pretty much exactly what i was going to get

Hooooly fuck that's just gravy!!
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 09:29 PM

All perfectly reasonable requests in a relationship. Women are the ones lamenting that they can't go out whoring on the town when in a relationship because "ur insecure" No shit I'm insecure. How do you think cheating "just happens"?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 04:34 PM

Uh huh
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 04:18 PM

Yeah, it's unfortunate that he's so well liked by the manosphere. Sure, some men see subjugation of women as masculine, but society does not see this is masculine.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 03:50 PM

The problem with this is that anything that is deemed positive masculinity is quickly dismissed as "that isn't gendered! Women can be x too!" while anything that is toxic masculinity is men only.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 03:49 PM

Lol TIL calling you out on your bullshit is "whining"
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 03:47 PM

Almost all of society universally despises him. Try again.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 03:45 PM

Police being above the law? Crazy! Nobody is emulating this behavior and pretty much everybody hates wife beater cops. You guys are reaching so hard to make male abuse an accepted part of society. If anything, female abuse is glorified. See The View talking about cutting a guys dick off if he cheats and cheering at the story of the girl that did cut a dick off.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 03:45 PM

Of course toxic masculinity exists, but protecting women and children is not a part of that.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 03:24 PM

Do you think predators are seen by other men as masculine and something to emulate?? Wife beaters, rapists and child molesters are seen as the lowest forms of man you can be. Society demonizes all of these far worse than murderers. You are straight up delusional if you think this is any kind of masculinity that men try and emulate.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 03:12 PM

Oh bullshit. Every definition of masculinity is protecting women and children. This might come with a side effect of treating women like children, but it's certainly isn't rage and hatred towards women.

Well... I contest that men age better anyways. Unless you have superior genetics, most guys at 40 are bald, fat and ugly. Sure, you could point at Brad Pitt and Ryan Reynolds, but these are extreme outliers. Your average in shape women at 40 looks better than your average in shape man at 40.

Not me, but I went to a dance with my bitchy work friend. A guy that looked like Napoleon dynamite asked her to dance and she got this look of utter disgust on her face, looked him up and down and said "ew, no!" He sulked away and I told her that was so mean! She didn't give a fuck. This girl was a total butterface too. Like, a low 6 on her best day.

We're no different than any other primates on a biological level. Men complete and women choose the best mate. This happens all across the animal kingdom. It's not. The core presuppositions of feminism is that women are oppressed and men are privileged and that we live in a patriarchy that favors men over women. These aren't man-hatey. They aren't true, but they also aren't misandist. Feminists take these and turn themselves misandist, but the statements themselves aren't.

Why do feminists keep insisting that the number of misandists in feminism is tiny but loud? It sure looks like your movement is just full of misandrists! The problem with the "men no sex" is it's really about male loneliness, not sex. I think these men lack the necessary skills to know how to express their feelings. Men are taught very early on not to express their emotions, so we never learn to identify the feeling and put the feelings into words.

Doing all the shit work in dangerous jobs. The expectation that men are providers and protectors is still very prevalent. Basically, men's gender roles have barely changed since the 50s. All of the things expected of a man back then are still largely expected today. Even though the left loves to talk about toxic masculinity, leftist women still expect men to provide and protect. They are still going for masculine men.

Yeah, I do agree that men aren't doing nearly enough to help men. And too many men are like "we tried 10 years ago and some feminists pulled a fire alarm! What else can we possibly do??" Also, I do believe it is a problem that too often men's spaces are policed by women and men talking locker room talk like men do are too quickly labeled "misogynists".

Yeah, there's a lot of loud voices on the left and they are pretty fucking insane. I can't stand the extremes at either end of the political spectrum. The alt left and the alt right are completely out of touch with reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/23 10:48 PM

I do agree with you here. Men need to stop looking at feminism and women to solve these problems.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/23 10:45 PM

The fact that women have no accountability is a big part of the problem. Women want all the individual freedoms with zero responsibility to the health of society, while demanding that "a real man" sacrifices his personal wants for the good of society.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/23 10:43 PM

We need empathy on a social level, not from individuals. I mean, that's great that you're giving virtual hugs, but the current zeitgeist is that undesirable men are subhuman scum unworthy of love and should be shunned from polite society. The left regularly demonizes incels as irredeemable alt right mass shooters in waiting and refuses to even entertain the thought that there are large socioeconomic problems that are contributing to the male loneliness epidemic.

Don't women have rape fantasies? Oh yeah they do. Maybe don't use rapey as some sort of negative when its something ladies fantasize about. Christ man... No. You gonna bring a girl back, rape her and then say "all you women have rape fantasies anyways"?? This is some depraved incel shit.

Believe me, if this were a societal problem that affected women, we'd have no end of PSAs, funding, sociological studies to see what the root cause is, mass shaming tactics, etc. Just look at how the wage gap was treated. Nobody owes women a high paying, white collar job. Yet, that didn't stop the entirety of feminism going on a rampage to change society to favor women at every step of the process to compensate for women's shitty choices. And now that the wage gap has swung in favor of women (wo…

Feminism wants to stamp out nature altogether, which is downright ridiculous. It's plain as day to anyone with eyes that nature plays a HUGE role in how we act. Unfortunately, there's no ethical way to remove a human from society so deeply that they aren't influenced at all, so we'll never truly know. But that doesn't stop feminist scholars from proclaiming they are right and everyone else is wrong. Add it to the pile of dog shit feminist "research".

/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/23 03:01 AM

The only reason we don't consider forcing men into slavery to pay for a child he never wanted as a volition of bodily autonomy is because feminists said so. I can't see one good reason forcing a man to work under penalty of imprisonment is anything other than slavery. But, the thought of a woman's life being harder because we didn't squeeze every god damned resource out of men is unthinkable. And, no, paying taxes isn't the same thing.

However feminists define "we live in a patriarchy because all the successful people are men". Whatever feminists use to define "successful" is what I'm looking for here. eliminating the requirement of male co-signers on loans for female entrepreneurs. I looked this up and can't find any reference to women requiring male co-signers. Can you provide a link that shows that women prior to 1988 needed a husband? If you don't think 100 years is enough time to equalize voting, then there is no length of time that will be sufficient. Especially when the delta between men being able to vote and women being able to vote is so short.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/23 08:20 PM

But your statement is that determining who is and isn't a real feminist comes by reading the literature. Now you're saying that reading the literature is worthless in determining who is a REAL feminist. So, back to the original question... how do you determine who is or is not a REAL feminist?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/23 08:18 PM
1

What's ironic about this statement is what you left out. What you meant to say was "read the literature, but only from good feminists. Don't read the literature from bad feminists" How am I supposed to get anywhere closer to what a "good feminist" is by reading the literature? There's plenty of man-hating literature that is written by feminists.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/23 07:56 PM

Why do you all have these stupid analogies that don't work. Being a Catholic has a very strict definition. Being a feminist has no definition other than you have to believe we live in a patriarchy and women are oppressed and men are privileged. But since you seem to be able to determine a real feminist from a fake one, can you detail what the exact beliefs are that true feminists believe and why a fake feminist is wrong for believing the opposite?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/23 07:48 PM

The closest we have are the two (incorrect) presuppositions that we live in a patriarchy and that all women are oppressed and all men are privileged. That's it. Any other wild crackpot theory is just as valid of feminism as anything. Until feminism can lock down an agreed upon set of beliefs, you can fuck right off with your self righteous …

There's a very defined criteria to be a painter. There is almost no agreed upon definition of what feminism is, let alone who is or isn't a feminist. Those feminists that you say aren't feminists could just as easily say you aren't a feminist. The only 2 things that all branches of feminism have in common is that they believe we live in a patriarch and that women are oppressed and men privileged. Any other view is feminist as long as it supports those 2 presuppositions.

A random redditor doesn't get to decide what is and isn't feminism. God I'm so sick of the "ThAt'S nOt ReAl FeMiNiSm" bullshit. If they call themselves feminists, then they are feminists. You aren't the judge and jury of who gets to wear that label.

/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/23 05:23 PM

Women attempt suicide at higher rates than men so there’s that. Women attempt suicide as an attention seeking measure. They pop a few pills then text all of their friends, "I'm going to sleep forever now. Goodbye" and then the friends all freak out and call the ambulance and she gets her stomach pumped and added to the "1 attempted suicide" Men commit suicide because they know there's no help coming for them.

As much as the left wants to believe there is an "alt right/red pill pipeline" where these young men are being recruited into red pill spaces, I haven't seen any evidence that this is true. Normal, well adjusted men aren't going onto the internet typing in "why won't women date me". These men are finding red pill all on their own without any help from anyone. Because current divorce laws benefit women. If it benefited men, we'd have feminists throwing all kinds of outrage-pussy-hat-wearing protests. Since it benefits women, feminists have no desire to change existing policy. And men that do want equality are powerless to fight against feminism. Feminism is waaaay too powerful.

You sound like a rich person complaining about how poor people think about food. "Why are these poors so obsessed with food? Possibly, but you have not sufficiently demonstrated that "it's the new normal". Reddit doesn't believe that women have agency nor can they be manipulators. I believe the general consensus in our gynocentric society is the same. Men have hyperagency where everything they do is because they chose to do it and they should be responsible for their own decisions. Men are expected to deal with their bad decisions on their own by themselves. Women have hypoagency where all of their decisions are because she was influenced by an outside force and she isn't responsible for anything …

While you are correct that most men don't know what it means, women use it as a sledgehammer any time any man does anything a woman doesn't like. Like the Gillette ad showing two boys rough housing and apparently that's toxic masculinity??
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/23 01:20 AM
2

That wasn't his answer. That's societies answer. Women's issues are dissected to the most miniscule cause and effect to try and help, but men's issues are given a single surface level reason, which is easily dismissed, and the answer is more feminism.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/23 01:17 AM
1

Okay, but WHY are men online and not socializing?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/01/23 01:16 AM

Feminists all think they have the answer and it's "because men are losing their power and their masculinity is so fragile" This is complete bullshit because none of these men have had any power to lose. Sure, men as a whole are losing power as feminism continues to promote female supremacy, but most individual men have never had any power to lose. The left is terrible at identifying root causes of social issues.

I'm not sure women really can understand the burden to be an amazing lover that society places on men. Find any post here on reddit where a guy overhears his wife tell her girlfriends that "she loves him, but he's not that great in bed". It crushes the guy, sometimes to the point of divorce.

I think each truth is out there individually, but none of them are packaged in a way where it's like "If you aren't getting women, it's because you're not a man women want! Do the hard work to become the man women want to fuck".

He wants to spend more time with his friend? Why can't you just go see your aunt and gma? Why does he have to come? I'm guessing he's only seen them a handful of times in his life anyways. If so, they aren't important people to him. Why is it important for you that he goes to see them? As an emotional support to you? To keep up appearances?

Following red pill is different than putting red pill into practice. If you truly follow what it teaches and go to the gym, get a haircut, dress better, shower more, be more social... How can that NOT help you in your day to day life? Any idiot can say that they have found red pill truths and never advance because they don't actually follow it.

There is a definite push on the left to diminish the importance of the role of the father in the home. All the strong empowered single moms that don't need no man.

I think the disconnect here is that the right sees the family as a tradhome where the wife raises the kids and the dad makes the money. The left has redefined the family to having kids and letting strangers raise them for you. I can see both sides, and I'm not entirely sure where I fall, but something sticks in my craw about having kids =/= making a family. Just like donating sperm doesn't make you a father, popping out some kids doesn't make it a family. However, I hate the right's insistence t…

For consistency, I'll call him out for using the apex fallacy like I do feminists. However, Except for the very top 1% of men, women at every demographic have it easier than the men in that same demographic. Jesus Christ. I JUST explained it in the next paragraph. Can you once in your life debate in good faith?? Most men HATE the kind of man women are attracted to, and actually refuse to become this kind of man, which is part of the reason why we have 35%+ sexless men and growing.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/22 05:15 PM

The claim is that women are driving men's behaviors. If women were fucking shy, kind men en masse, you'd better fucking believe we'd see a bunch of shy, kind men. Most men HATE the kind of man women are attracted to, and actually refuse to become this kind of man, which is part of the reason why we have 35%+ sexless men and growing. Yeah, red pill got quarantined. Twox is still a default sub. But, sure, we're not a gynocentric society. You're just willfully blind if you can't see how much effort we as a society take to protect women while allowing every denigration of men to go unchallenged because of patriarchy or whatever bullshit y'all have convinced yourself why it's ok for women to say they hate all men. This is what feminism does, btw.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/22 08:09 PM
1

Go to twox and do a search on "i hate men". There are like 50 results that pop up, all with quite a few upvotes. Now search reddit wide for "i hate women". A few random edgy subs pop up, but most get deleted and the user banned. But go on about how we're free to say this and society is "gYnOcEnTrIc"

What an incredibly stupid and wrong take. Women own the dating and sexual marketplaces. The only men that do well are high value hot men.

Yeah, we live in a crazy gynocentric society. There are a ton of things where nobody can go against the current zeitgeist or you're automatically labeled an alt right nazi. Although, to be fair, I'd be trying to sus out if she's a feminist, and that's an automatic nope for me.

You think a woman that asks if I support feminism is automatically going to think "RED PILLER" if I say I consider myself an egalitarian rather than a feminist because I believe we need to work on everyone's problems, not prioritize women's?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/22 07:20 PM

Yeah? And? You do realize that feminism is despised by a sizeable chunk of the population that have never heard of red pill, right? Sensible people can see what a damaging cult it is.

Let me know how you feel when your wife breaks your face with a golf club and you get carted off to jail because feminists created the Duluth Model and keep on lying about statistics of domestic violence. Of course they lie about almost all the statistics they use, so kind of par for the course there. But sure, feel free to keep supporting a man hating movement that only wants female supremacy. As you're in the cult, statistics are meaningless to those inside the cult. The cult must remain true …

Women ☕
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/22 07:00 PM

Any demographic that has accountability largely removed and given power will inevitably abuse that power. Women have had all restrictions lifted as far as dating and sex and now hold all the power in these markets. Of course they are going to abuse this power to their benefit. Men would too if they could. The weird thing to me is how they all still claim they are oppressed.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/22 06:58 PM
2

It's ironic. Feminism should be labeled a hate group on par with the KKK and Nazis. It's a scourge on men and society in general. It's a full on cult at this point.

Naw. Even sluts can find an LTR. There's enough simps that have no self worth that will take whatever crumbs are thrown their way. Plus society has done an amazing job at social engineering men to lie to themselves and push down any bad feelings about women lest they be though as misogynists. Women are wonderful at all costs! Don't want to bring down the woke brigade on your head.

I've changed my view. I used to believe that every woman in an abusive relationship had a ton of friends and family telling her how bad he is. I've seen this play out a few times in my life where the writing is so obviously on the wall, but she refuses to listen to reason. Then 5 years later when they divorce, they ALWAYS say "why didn't anyone warn me??" However, I realize that is selection bias on my part. If you want a woman who cooks and cleans and does all the housework and childcare What? Are you chaining her to the floor and forcing her to do all these things? Perhaps. I know this is anecdotal, but I've known a few girls that married abusers and we could all see his abusive tendencies waaay early on. They refused to listen. Yeah, I'm insecure that I'll never be able to live up to those other men that made her cum so hard she saw angels and that she'll forever see me as "the guy she loves, but not that great in bed". Why is that a bad thing? Or is this some toxic masculinity where men aren't allowed to be insecure about anything?

Depends on the definition of wage gap you're using. If you're using the worthless "total income by men vs total income by women", sure. If you're looking position by position, it's basically a rounding error.

We already have this. Look at the language we use when a woman becomes a parent against her wishes vs when a man becoming a parent a against his wishes. Women: That poor thing! She's giving up so many hopes and dreams for this child she's not ready for. It's inexcusable! This is misogyny of the highest order! Men: take accountability for your choices, shitlord. If you didn't want a kid, should have kept your dick in your pants!

There's a big fucking difference between forgetting to text someone who you already have a relationship with and someone you just met. Sure, we all get busy and forget to text back our family and friends. But a new girl that you just met? If she's into you, she moves heaven and earth to text you back. If she's not, she leaves you on read. Seeing her in the wild and getting the pity, "oh, sure, hmu again" has an incredibly low chance at turning into anything. You gonna sacrifice your self respect…

It is 100% simping. You're not holding her accountable for her bad behavior, which is the definition of a simp. That's your decision if you want to let someone who just treated you like garbage off the hook. You're putting the pussy on a pedestal and giving her a pass because "might smash later" instead of "fuck this bitch. Plenty of other bitches in the sea that I can smash later."

/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/22 08:34 PM
2

It's not complicated. If a chick leaves you on read, and you run into her and she feeds you the bullshit line of "sorry I didn't respond. I was sooo busy", you have some self respect and stop simping for girls that obviously aren't interested in you. Pretty easy.

I don't think feminism is lying here. You can very much be a working woman and a mother. I think the argument goes that you can excel at one or the other, not both. Oh come on. The core presuppositions of feminist theory are that we live in a patriarchy and all men are privileged and all women are oppressed. Most feminist theory fails if either of these two are proven to be false. Not a hard stretch to get from there to "men have always had power and women have always been oppressed". Feminists can't help but use the apex fallacy. Often.
